A 38-unit luxury condominium development for The Naftali Group located on West 10th and Washington Streets. The building was fully gutted and rebuilt. It now includes a Gym, Pilates Studio, Rock Wall, Basketball Court, Golf Simulator, Kid's Art Room, Ping Pong Lounge, and Steam Rooms. GACHOT designed all interiors, design directed the exterior extension working with BBB, and design directed the branding - working with IF Studios. Published in Architectural Digest.
